The Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation (ATBC) – founded in 1963 – is one of the world’s oldest and largest international scientific societies dedicated to tropical ecosystems, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable use. Its members include researchers, educators, students, conservation practitioners, and policymakers from over 70 countries.

We are pleased to invite your organization to support ATBC 2026 – the 62nd ATBC Annual Meeting, to be held in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, China. Approximately 900 international experts will attend, providing a unique platform to showcase your brand to key decision‑makers in tropical biology and conservation.

Host:  Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Program Overview

28 June (Sun) – Arrival & registration, Opening ceremony

29 June – 2 July (Mon–Thu) – Keynotes, symposia, poster sessions

3 July (Fri) – Post‑conference fieldtrips

4 July (Sat) – Departure

Sponsorship Packages

All packages include acknowledgment as a supporting organization (except Level D). Priority for booth location, ad placement, and extra benefits is given to sponsors offering higher total support.

  • Distribute materials on‑site and insert one flyer in conference bags

  • 4 complimentary registration coupons (includes welcome & closing dinners)

  • Logo displayed as in level A; verbal acknowledgment

  • One display table + two chairs in main entrance area; space for 2 roll‑up banners

  • One full‑color ad on inside back cover of digital program booklet

  • Choose two of the following:

  • Distribute materials on‑site

  • Insert flyer in conference bags

  • Distribute materials on‑site

  • 3 complimentary registration coupons (includes welcome & closing dinners)

  • One display table + two chairs in main entrance area; space for 1 roll‑up banner

  • One full‑color advertisement on inside back cover of digital program booklet

  • Choose one of the following:

    • Distribute materials on‑site

    • Insert flyer in conference bags

  • ​2 complimentary registration coupons (includes welcome & closing dinners)

  • One display table + one chair in main entrance area for product display

  • 1 complimentary registration coupon (includes welcome & closing dinners)

Important Notes:

  • Minimum contributions – You may offer a higher amount. Priority for premium booth locations, ad pages, speaking slots, etc., will be given based on total contribution (highest first).

  • Add‑ons available – You can increase your contribution to gain extra benefits (e.g., more registrations, additional ads, larger booth, more banners, speaking opportunities). You may also purchase individual items separately – contact us to negotiate.

  • S Level – Designed for organizations seeking top‑tier visibility and tailored partnership. Early commitment is recommended.

  • All promotional materials (banners, brochures, giveaways, etc.) must be designed, produced, and provided by the sponsor. The conference secretariat will review content, arrange on‑site placement, and coordinate bag insertion.
