Registration Fees

Full registration includes:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ATBC2026 Organizing Committee by email at atbc2026@tropicalbiology.org.

Any cancellation before June 15th, 2026 will be charged a handling fee of 30% of the amount paid.

Paid registration fee is not refundable on or after June 15th, 2026 for whatever reasons.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

All refunds will be made in USD.

Cancellation will be issued within three months after the Conference.
