Full registration includes:

• Access to selected sessions from the academic program, including keynote sessions.

• Certificate of attendance.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ATBC2026 Organizing Committee by email at atbc2026@tropicalbiology.org.

• Any cancellation before June 15th, 2026 will be charged a handling fee of 30% of the amount paid. 

• Paid registration fee is not refundable on or after June 15th, 2026 for whatever reasons.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

• All refunds will be made in USD.

• Cancellation will be issued within three months after the Conference.
