The Local Organizing Committee is making every effort to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs from/to the airport or train station and attendees’ hotels. However, this service will be arranged for groups rather than for individual cases.

 

Attendees who wish to use this service may need to wait for the appropriate scheduled time or for the next available pick-up/drop-off round. Those who prefer not to wait are welcome to arrange their own transportation independently.
